Captain America....on trial?

Marvel Comics has released some sneak preview artwork from the next arc of Ed Brubaker's Captain America. This arc finds Bucky on trial for his sins committed during his time as the Winter Soldier.

Marvel has released the following text with the sneak peek:

I hear ya, I had apprehensions about the whole 'Bucky being Winter Soldier' thing - and Brubaker proved me wrong. I was like 'you're killing Cap?!?!?' - proved me wrong again. 'Bucky is Cap!?!??!?!!' - again - wrong.

Every time I get worried, Brubaker takes it once step further on the road of awesome.
