An undisclosed source at WhatsPlaying.com has revealed a new rumor regarding the continuation of The Twilight Saga:

"The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner - released in March - is headed to the big screen. Tanner, of course, is a character that popped up ever-so-briefly in this year’s The Twilight Saga : Eclipse. It goes without saying Summit wants to continue this franchise… Tanner is the one they’re looking at post-Breaking Dawn

"It’s too early to talk casting, and everything we’re hearing is just speculation or off a wish list, but I don’t believe they plan on using the original actress,Jodelle Ferland, for the spin-off film. It’s all about numbers and names"

The short story by Twilight author Meyer, details the chronicles of Bree Tanner; a vampire created by Victoria in order to fight the Cullen family in her army of newborn vampires. Despite her ignorance of vampire laws, her act of surrendering and showing adequate control of herself, she was cruelly executed by members of the Volturi on Jane's orders.

If this rumor turns out to be true, the two names this insider mentions as being relative contenders are Chloe Moretz, whose breakout role in KICK ASS made her a hot commodity, and Elle Fanning, the younger sister of Dakota. This wouldn't be the first time Summit Entertainment went about recasting a Twilight character. Bryce Dallas Howard took over the role of Victoria from Rachelle LeFerve in the most recent film, Eclipse.

WHY WHY they are already doubling the torture for Breaking Dawn by making it into 2 movies, though that one has the most ridiculous plot and ending ever.
