Six Minute NYCC Trailer For YOUNG JUSTICE
MTV has released the extended trailer for the animated series that debuted at the New York Comic Con. The one-hour series premiere will air on November 26 at 7 PM Eastern on Cartoon Network.
Young Justice will be the new comic book based animated series to air on Cartoon Network, following previous hits Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. The series will focus a team of young heroes from the DC universe. The team will consist of Robin, Superboy, Artemis, Kid Flash, Miss Martian and Aqualad. It's being said that Green Arrow's former sidekick, Speedy has a big role to play in the series as well.
The show is an adaption of the 1998 Young Justice comic book series that ran for fifty-five issues. The series was created by Todd DeZago and Todd Nauck but was written mostly by Peter David. Wonder Girl and Secret are the two characters from the comic series that will not premiere in the show as main characters.
Young Justice is executive produced by Sam Register (Batman: The Brave and the Bold) alongside producers Greg Weisman (The Spectacular Spider-Man) and Brandon Vietti (The Batman).

So far the only thing bugging me is Dick is wearing Tim's costume. Other than that, it looks great, and I will definitely be tuning in on the 26th to catch the one hour special.

That's crazy! I just looked it up on wiki and found out it's Dick and Wally West. That leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Why would they do that?

They did that because it's an early DCU. which gives them more opportunities to retell stories, like the "birth" of Conner Kent. the rise of Artemis, aka Mia Dearden, the second Speedy. and how some villains came to be. So basically it's the Teen Titans with Young Justice's name. Dick is only 13 in this, but he is the most experienced as he's been at it the longest.

Yeah I felt the same way. But I feel that this is the show that's taking the best and first of everything.
They're using Dick but they aren't putting him in the lame green underwear. Same with Barry Allen's belt. They're updating everyone's costumes.

yeah the underwear look is lame, but they could have at least given him the green and red and yellow color scheme like in the Teen Titans cartoon. The Red and Black, w black cape and yellow inner lining is Tim's.
