Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures are prepping to begin filming The Hangover Part III, the follow up to last year's hit comedy film, this Fall in preparation for theatrical release May 24th, 2013.

Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis and Ed Helms are slated to reprise their characters Phil, Alan and Stu in director Todd Philips' third installment of his record-breaking Hangover film series. Ken Jeong will also star, and Mike Tyson is said to be returning for another cameo.
The Hangover Part II centered around Stu's wedding in Bangkok. Despite being almost universally panned by critics before it's release it became the highest-grossing R-rated comedy of all time. The "Wolfpack" will head to Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip for the next film, which is said to include a story line where Alan must be rescued from a mental hospital.
Heather Graham has now been confirmed to return to the franchise after being absent from the second film. She will be reprising her role as Jade, a Vegas stripper who Stu eloped with while drunk. Graham recently wrapped production on a a porn and drug-laced drama starring James Franco and Ashley Hinshaw.
