KICK-ASS 2 Title Treatment Revealed Through Facebook Page Launch

A sequel to the hit comic book based, R-rated action film in prepping to begin production with Jeff Wadlow (Never Back Down) in the director's chair.

Kick-Ass 2, due for release in the summer of 2013, is directed by Jeff Wadlow (Never Back Down). Based on the follow up comic Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall by writer Mark Millar and artist John Romita Jr., the film will feature Aaron Johnson, Chloe Moretz and Christopher Mintz-Plasse reprising their roles as Kick-Ass Hit Girl and Red Mist, respectively. They are joined by newcomer John Leguizamo.

Millar, who recently stated that the film will be rated NC-17, has revealed via his Twitter account the updated Facebook page for Kick-Ass 2 which contains the film's title treatment (pictured above).
