MAD MAX: FURY ROAD Set Photos Confirm Production is Now Underway

The upcoming first installment in a planned film trilogy from Warner Bros Pictures and writer/director George Miller has began filming in Africa with Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley starring.

Miller is spearheading the relaunch of the Mad Max film franchise, which originally starred Mel Gibson in the title role. Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron have signed on for the two leads in Fury Road, with Nicholas Hoult, Zoë Kravitz, Tom Hardy, Teresa Palmer, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Adelaide Clemens and Riley Keough taking up supporting roles. After numerous delays spanning several years, production on Mad Max: Fury Road has now begun production in Nambia, Africa as the following set photos reveal:
