Mondo Debuts THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RETURN OF THE KING Poster

Mondo, the collectible art boutique arm of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, is excited to announce their first-ever print for Peter Jackson's "The Lord of the Rings," kicking off a series that will include all films and multiple artists. The first poster in the series, "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" by artist Aaron Horkey was unveiled at Mondo Mystery Movie X at the Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar.

"The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" is a 2003 epic fantasy-drama film directed by Peter Jackson that is based on the second and third volumes of J. R. R. Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings." Aragorn leads the World of Men against Sauron's army to draw the dark lord's gaze from Frodo and Sam who are on the doorstep of Mount Doom with the One Ring.
