As the May 2011 premiere date of Terra Nova draws closer, 20th Century Fox TV has helped to fill out the series roster. The children of the Shannon family have now been cast.

Already cast Jason O’Mara (Life on Mars) and Shelley Conn (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) star as Jim and Elizabeth Shannon in the futuristic sci-fi based show. Their son, 17-year-old Josh, will be played by Landon Liboiron (DeGrassi: The Next Generation), while younger daughters, Maddy and Zoe, will star newcomers Naomi Scott and Alana Mansour. The series centers on the Shannon family as they join the tenth pilgrimage traveling to TERRA NOVA.
Stephen Lang (Avatar), cast last month as the settlement’s “ruthless and charismatic leader,” Mido Hamada (24), and Allison Miller (Boston Legal) all help to round out the cast. According to EW, the show still has one more series regular role to fill before it starts production.
