AMC is Spreading THE WALKING DEAD

AMC has launched a promotional campaign called Spread the Dead in anticipation of their upcoming zombie apocalypse drama The Walking Dead: Sign Up now for a chance to win some cash; Plus a new promo poster featuring zombies galore.

All you need to do is enter your email address here at AMC's official Spread the Dead site and every time someone clicks your links through emails, Facebook, Twitter or via a website button you receive points and those with the most by November 19th can win up to $5,000.

Here's a map that is tracking the URL's that are being clicked throughout the United States. Unfortunately for those outside of the US, this BLAM! writer included, we cannot enter the contest. But for those that live in the USA, start infecting and spread the dead. Check out the infection's progress so far.

The Walking Dead chronicles the travels of Rick Grimes, a small-town police officer from Cynthiana, Kentucky, his family, and a number of other survivors who have banded together in order to survive after the world is overrun with zombies. The six episode first season of The Walking Dead begins on October 31st, 2010, on AMC.
