INCEPTION Wins The Most Scream Awards

Christopher Nolan's mind boggling epic Inception took home the most awards last night at Spike's 2010 Scream Awards; Plus the full list of winners.

Inception won six awards including the evening's top honor, 'The Ultimate Scream', which was a mashup of the year's best TV shows and movies in one category.
The Scream Awards also showed many exclusive clips and trailers, including the first look at the upcoming Green Lantern film's power battery and Oath speech. Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd reunited on stage as part of the 25th anniversary of Back to the Future in the night's most heart-filled moment. Bill Murray also made an appearence to accept his award for 'Best Cameo' and 'Best Horror Film' for Zombieland, and he did it all in his Ghostbusters outfit. A hint of things to come?
