NYCC: October 8 Round Up

Day 1 of the New York Comic Con brought us some announcements from several major publishers. Here is a round up of the day's events while Day 2 is in full swing.

Marvel Comics

DC Comics

- Dark Horse announced their digital comics initiative with comic prices being set at $1.49 when the app launches.

IDW Publishing

- Godzilla comics will be returning to IDW in 2011.
- Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning will be writing a mini-series for IDW pulling all their mainstream titles (G.I. Joe, Transformers, Star Trek, Ghostbusters) titled 'Infestation'.
