Wiz Khalifa Being Sued for Alleged Plagiarism over 'Black and Yellow'

Wiz Khalifa is being slapped with a 2.3 million dollar lawsuit from Pittsburgh rapper Maxamillion, claiming he stole elements of his track 'Pink N Yellow' when coming up with his sports anthemic hit 'Black and Yellow'.

Maxamillion, also known as Max Warren, is suing Wiz Khalifa along with two other songwriters for the large amount of money claiming that his song 'Pink N Yellow' had elements stolen for 'Black and Yellow'. Maxamillion's track was copyrighted in 2008 while Khalifa's song was copyrighted in 2011.

A spokesperson for Khalifa has yet to respond to these allegations, but the lawsuit for $2.3 million was filed in Pittsburgh.
