WALKING DEAD Season Two First Look to Debut with BREAKING BAD on July 17th

The next highly anticipated season of AMC's apocalyptic zombie drama The Walking Dead starring Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal and Laurie Holden is scheduled to air this Fall.

Waking up in an empty hospital after weeks in a coma, County Sheriff Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) finds himself utterly alone. The world as he knows it is gone, ravaged by a zombie epidemic. The Walking Dead tells the story of the weeks and months that follow after the apocalypse. Based on Robert Kirkman's hugely successful and popular comic book series.

In a recent statement, AMC has revealed when fans can get their first sneak peek at the show's highly anticipated second season:

On Sun., Jul. 17th, during the premiere of Season 4 of Breaking Bad, AMC is sneaking a first-look video from the upcoming season of The Walking Dead. Season 1 of The Walking Dead premiered in Oct. 2010 and became the most watched drama series in basic cable history among Adults 18-49.* The Walking Dead tells the story of the months and years that follow after a zombie apocalypse. Season 4 of Breaking Bad premieres Sun., Jul. 17 at 10PM | 9C

The Walking Dead stars Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Jeffrey DeMunn, Steven Yeun, Chandler Riggs and Norman Reedus.
