First Look at Promo Image For BIG LOVE's Final Season

Although season four may have left a bad taste in the mouths of audiences, as well as some cast members, fans are still eager to find out what will happen to the Henricksons in this final season.
When season four closed Bill Henrickson won the election for Senator and then outed himself as a polygamist and introduced the nation to his three wives. Not only that but it seems as though Bill's once happy and cooperative marriages are falling apart on all corners. With this season being the last many are curious to know how will it all end for the family?
It's been officially announced by Entertainment Weekly that the fifth season of Big Love will be it's last. The story revolves around a polygamous man and his three wives. The series creators, Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer, released a joint statement regarding the series end, “While we were in the writers’ room this year shaping our fifth season, we discovered that we were approaching the culmination of that story.”
HBO president Michael Lombardo also released a statement, “It has been an honor and pleasure to work with series creators Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer on this unique and provocative series, and I’m happy that they will be able to bring the story to its close the way they always envisioned. We look forward with great anticipation to collaborating with Mark and Will on their next venture.”
The fifth and final season will premiere on Sunday, Jan. 16, 2011.
