No GLEE Love From Gorillaz

A multitude of fans and big name musical acts have jumped on the Glee train – but it seems not everyone is ready to get on board.

Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn is not about to let the popular television show cover any of his music. “We wouldn’t let that happen,” he told The Associated Press. “And not that they’ve asked us because they haven’t, and now they definitely won’t.” The band, famous for their grammy-winning album Feel Good Inc., now joins the likes of Kings of Leon, who turned down Glee producers in August.
Albarn went on to call the Glee songs, “a very poor substitute for the real thing,” and doesn’t understand famous artists, like Paul McCartney, lining up to see their music featured on the show. “Those songs won't last like the Beatles by any stretch of their imagination," he said. "They'll be forgotten in a few years' time."

Thank God.

With GLEE it's hit or miss. Some they do a really good job like with "I Want To Hold Your Hand" others just really make you facepalm til you're black and blue.

I don't think I could respect myself if I watched Glee.
