DC Comics has announced the new creative team of writer Charles Soule and artist KANO to take over the reigns from Scott Snyder on their ongoing Swamp Thing series. The newcomers officially take over on issue #19 after Snyder concludes the 'Rotworld' story arc.
Writer Tim Seeley has revealed that his notorious Image Comics series Hack/Slash will come to an end with issue #25, wrapping up it's last arc entitled 'Final', beginning this November with a five-issue run.
Creatively, Image Comics still reigns #1 with their hard hitting, adult oriented series offering; but, surprisingly, one of the 'Big Two' publishers had a tremendous impact on me this year with three phenomenal titles by genius writers.
