Unfortunately, everything about this film felt forced as though it was a mimicked version of Twilight -- minus the vampires -- shaken up and regurgitated onto the screen.

The plot is straightforward and simple: werewolf starts a killing spree, town folk try to handle the situation themselves (which inevitably backfires) which leads to them calling in a werewolf hunter who turns out to be a psychopath. In the mean time there's a huge mystery surrounding who the werewolf actually is and why it has taken an interest in Seyfried's character.

The latest issue of Entertainment Weekly provides Pirates fans a better look at concept for the movie's mermaids, which have been promoted as having an important part in the film.

Last week the rumor arose that the new Oscar winner would be working on the pseudo-historical horror film project from Fox as both actor and composer. While confirming that he had been considering the prospect, the artist wrote on the Nine Inch Nails message board that talk of his confirmed involvement were premature.
